Pascal Murer

After attending the Academy of Fine Arts in Vienna, he began an intense exhibition program.
In 2001, he moved to Locarno, where he worked full-time as an artist and founded the Atelier Vedo Arte. He prefers working with wood and bronze.

Trained as a painter, he has always combined his "official" profession with work as a self-taught artist.
He has participated in various exhibitions, distinguishing himself for the originality of his works, which often result from the reclamation of objects originally intended for another use.
Lorenzo Cambin

Trained, among other places, at the Brera Academy, he is a sculptor who has exhibited in various galleries in Switzerland and abroad.
A multifaceted artist, he is best known for his outdoor installations, deliberately ephemeral works, destined to disappear once their purpose is fulfilled.
Ueli Gantner


1950, Bülach
He trained as a sculptor at the Kunstgewerbeschule in Zurich. Since 1979, he has had his own studio in Bülach, where he has developed a creative language that has led to concrete-constructive art.
In addition to his artistic career and exhibitions in Switzerland and abroad, he has taught.
Paolo Grassi


1959, Locarno
A graphic designer by training, he previously ran his own studio. He has extensive experience in design, photography, and conceptual art.
A sculptor, he has participated in several exhibitions. He has experimented with various materials (bronze, iron, plexiglass, aluminum, paper).
René Habermacher


1957, Bülach
He trained as a typographer, then attended various courses and advanced training at the Schule für Gestaltung in Zurich. Since 1992, he has been active as an independent artist and visual creator, first in Zurich and then in Immensee. He develops his research on multiple levels, addressing themes such as light, time, space, and transparency, producing works in glass, wood, and metal.
He has held numerous exhibitions in Switzerland and abroad.
Magda Ragazzi


1952, Tremona
After completing his master's degree, he has been a self-taught ceramist since 1987. He creates panels, sculptures, and installations.
He has held solo exhibitions and participated in group shows in Switzerland and Italy.
Thomas Schütz


1946, Basilea
A photographer, cameraman, and director of photography at RSI in Comano, he simultaneously devoted himself to sculpture, starting with an internship in Pierino Selmoni's studio.
His favorite materials are limestone and other types of stone, such as marble, serpentine, gneiss, and diabatic stone.
Pierre Casè


1944 - 2022, Maggia
Al mestiere di decoratore affianca fin da giovanissimo l’attività di artista. Negli anni Settanta sceglie definitivamente come suo linguaggio artistico l’informale materico, indagando a fondo sulla civiltà contadina. tra le sue numerose esposizioni, memorabili quelle a Venezia, in particolare Mnemosine.
Fu anche docente e direttore della Pinacoteca di Casa Rusca a Locarno.
Niccolò Nencioni


1994, Volterra
Studi all’Accademia di Carrara e di Bologna.
Spazia dalla scultura tradizionale all’utilizzo di materiali nuovi, naturali, artificiali e riciclati.
Ha partecipato a varie iniziative artistiche in Italia e all’estero.
Alex Dorici


1979, Lugano
Dopo il diploma in pittura e incisione calcografica all’Accademia di Belle Arti a Como, si trasferisce per cinque anni a Parigi dove opera all’Atelier Contrepoint. Nel 2010 rientra a Lugano, città in cui vive e lavora. A Foroglio, su una parete dell’Osteria alpina La Froda propone un intreccio geometrico di corde fotoluminescenti, che raccolgono la sfida del giorno e della notte.
Karim Forlin


1977, Locarno
Dopo una formazione in architettura del paesaggio, si è diplomato nel 2009 alla Haute ècole d’art et de design di Ginevra (HEAD). Lavorando tra memoria materiale e sperimentazione, Forlin fonde forme arcaiche e segni della cultura visiva attuale in un’opera stratificata e modulare.
Vive e lavora tra Ginevra e Locarno, città in cui è nato
